When we were married we received some flatware from our registry. It’s nice flatware – good quality, heavy, with a nice brushed finish and decently modern to boot. But guess where it is.
Yep.
Storage.
That word is starting to become a swear word of sorts around our house. “Ooh! It’s in STORAGE!! Grrr!!”
We put most of our stuff in storage thinking we’d be getting it back from my parents in TN within a year or so.
It’s been 5 years.
Anyway, I’ve been looking around at getting a second set of flatware. It never hurts to have another set. I really like this Almoco Black Flatware from DWR. How cool is the black finish?? Check out the price, though. It’s a whopping $60 per 5 piece setting. Ouch! I obviously won’t be getting this one. Who can really justify paying that much for flatware? Crazy!
