I’ve been wanting to get rid of my tupperware and make the switch to glass storage for a looooong time now. Not only does it look prettier in the fridge and cabinets, but it’s way healthier, too. (BPA free people!) I feel like I’m poisoning my myself and my family every time I heat something up in plastic. And with all our dishes and what not in storage, plastic tupperware has been our only option. Well not any more my friend!
In my search for some nice glass storage I looked at what felt like a gazilion different options, some of which were pretty pricey. Then it dawned on me: Pyrex! Pyrex is awesome. We own a ridiculous amount of it. (mostly bakeware) So I thought I’d take a look and see what storage options they offered. We ended up buying two sets of the Pyrex No Leak Lids. They just arrived today and I’m a little too excited about it. I’m loading up all my stained, scratched, warped, uglyware and tossing it into the recycling bin. Woo hoo! Feels good!
